Once we establish your organization’s current backup and recovery infrastructure and determine your objectives, we will architect a customized solution that meets your needs and fits your budget.
We employ industry best practices in all of our solution designs. We will review the solution with you in detail and answer any questions you may have. We then develop a customized Statement of Work to implement the solution in your environment.
When you are ready to move forward, our team of experts will execute the plan as outlined in the Statement of Work. Our Project Management team begins with a project kickoff meeting to review deliverables, define roles, and coordinate the activities of the implementation engineer(s) with you. Next, we’ll deploy the engineer to your site and the implementation can begin.
