With the Barracuda Instant Replacement Service, Barracuda Networks will provide next day shipping of replacement hardware. If your Barracuda product fails, Barracuda Networks will ship you a replacement unit within 1 business day so that you can get back up and running.
Instant Replacement Service also includes:
Enhanced Support which provides phone and email support 24x7;
Hard Disk replacement on Barracuda models that have swappable raid drives. Barracuda will ship via standard shipping a hard disk replacement. Customer must return the failed hard disk to Barracuda.
Important Note: Instant Replacement needs to be purchased within 60 days of the hardware purchase. Purchase after 60 days may require a re-instatement fee and the subscription will start as of the hardware purchase date.

Returns Policy

There are no returns allowed on Barracuda product without written prior approval by the Barracuda Account Rep or the Barracuda Tech Support Group. This includes DOA and Eval request. Eval’s, have a hard 30 day return window. For eval to be returned, RMA needs to be issued by day 20 of the Eval period to insure that PCC can return the unit in a timely manner. Those that fall outside of the 30 day window will not receive an RMA.
