Eliminate the need to place an Ethernet-enabled device, such as a wireless access point, near a power outlet. The NPE-4818 delivers both data and electrical power to Ethernet-enabled devices using a single Ethernet cable. NPE-4818 PoE is 802.3af compatible. It offers 48V/0.375A power supply with standard pin definition of Ethernet cable. The NPE-4818 PoE generates safe power over category 5 cabling. By sending 48V, Ethernet terminals such as wireless LAN access point, IP phone, and web camera are powered remotely. It is especially designed for outdoor networking facility and low port density installations.
