Rated 4 out of 5Â by Scotty Mostly Positive I was very impressed with the ease of setting up the printer and the detailed completeness of the instructions. The printer worked great for the 1st 3 weeks until I tried printing a multi-page collated, double-sided, reverse order multi-copy document. I wanted to see the printer do it's thing...It didn't. I had to unplug it, and then got a printhead error. I first wiped it with a kleenex, and then my finger. Found out later, both are a no-no. Called support in the Philippines (no problem) and was very pleased with their response. Since I was still under warranty they sent me a new printhead. So far so good, but I'm going to be apprehensive about doing a fancy print job again. February 16, 2011
