Agents are available during normal regional business hours (M-F) and are also accessible after hours for critical business situations. This includes 24x7x365 web-based support options and the Symantec Security Response Alerting Service, so you will be the first to know when the next major virus or Denial of Service Attack (DoS) strikes. An Essential Support subscription covers all products within a specific product families, but only if those products are covered under a current Gold Maintenance or Upgrade Insurance subscription.
