            The IBM System Storage EXP3524 Express Expansion Unit adds capacity to the IBM System Storage DS3000 Series Express Storage System. It features an active environmental services module and twenty-four 2.5" SAS disk drives bays. It provides SAS 6Gb/s attachment to the DS3500 storage system or another EXP3500 expansion unit.
