The CyberPower CP850PFCLCD Adaptive Sinewave uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with pure sine wave safeguards computer systems that use conventional and Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) power supplies. Its automatic voltage regulation (AVR) topology delivers clean and consistent AC power. The patented GreenPower UPS advanced circuitry reduces UPS energy costs by up to 75% compared to competitive models.

CyberPower's Adaptive Sinewave UPS with pure sinewave output is the first to address the critical compatibility issues of non-Sinewave UPS products working with computing systems using Active PFC power supplies (ENERGY STAR 5.0 compliant). CyberPower's innovative Adaptive Sinewave UPS is an affordable solution that ensures equipment utilizing Active PFC power supplies do not unexpectedly shutdown or experience harmful stress when switching from AC power to UPS battery power.

The CP850PFCLCD unit has a capacity of 850VA/510Watts, (10) NEMA 5-15R receptacles and (1) maintenance-free, user-replaceable 12V/8.5Ah battery. The intelligent multi-function LCD panel displays real-time UPS information for ease of control. Management connectivity is available through (1) HID USB and (1) DB9 serial ports. Rated 5 out of 5Â by Tesla Excellent UPS at a good price I purchased the Cyberpower 850VA 510W PFC Pure Sine Wave UPS for my new Apple 21.5-inch iMac. The UPS was configured to work optimally right out of the box, and my Mac recognized the Cyberpower 850 immediately when I connected the USB cable that came with the UPS. The Cyberpower 850 is silent during normal line operation, and its inverter is barely audible when operating in battery mode. The front panel display and controls are easy to read and operate. The display allows you to observe status of various UPS parameters. I especially like the convenience of monitoring input line voltage fluctuations. The 850 is my second Cyberpower UPS. I had bought a different model for my home entertainment system, and I am equally pleased with both purchases from MacConnection. July 17, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5Â by ChesChes Very Useful I bought this product to keep my HP PC, 19" LCD monitor, cable modem, and wireless router running when the power goes out. I was surprised to find out that all of those items combined usually only require about 95 to 105 watts to run. With that setup running, this battery can last for about 50 minutes when the power goes out. This item does buzz kind of loud when the power is out, but it gets the job done. I would recommend it for any home user looking to protect a small home office setup. February 2, 2011

I USED THOS POWER SOURCE FOR MY HOME OFFICE, I DONT HAVE ALOT OF ROOM AND THIS ITEM IS THE PEFECT SMALLER SOLUTION FOR A POWER SUPPLY. i HAD THIS PRODUCT PLUGGED IN AND SET UP AND THE OTHER DAY MY POWER WENT OUT AND WAS WORKING ON A MAJOR PROJECT, THANKFULLY I HAD CYBERPOWER.
