The CyberPower CP1000PFCLCD Adaptive Sinewave uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with pure sine wave safeguards computer systems that use conventional and Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) power supplies. Its automatic voltage regulation (AVR) topology delivers clean and consistent AC power. The patented GreenPower UPS advanced circuitry reduces UPS energy costs by up to 75% compared to competitive models.

CyberPower's Adaptive Sinewave UPS with pure sinewave output is the first to address the critical compatibility issues of non-Sinewave UPS products working with computing systems using Active PFC power supplies (ENERGY STAR 5.0 compliant). CyberPower's innovative Adaptive Sinewave UPS is an affordable solution that ensures equipment utilizing Active PFC power supplies do not unexpectedly shutdown or experience harmful stress when switching from AC power to UPS battery power.

The CP1000PFCLCD unit has a capacity of 1000VA/600Watts, (10) NEMA 5-15R receptacles and (1) maintenance-free, user-replaceable 12V/9.0Ah battery. The intelligent multi-function LCD panel displays real-time UPS information for ease of control. Management connectivity is available through (1) HID USB and (1) DB9 serial ports. Rated 5 out of 5Â by JennyLynn I feel so protected! I had to finally invest in a UPS for my office, and wanted a unit that was really easy to set up and keep running without too much interaction. I choose Cyberpower based on previous reviews I read. The dynamic line conditioning and Intelligent LCD diagnostic display totally won me over. PLUS they have a 3 year warranty AND insurance coverage if for any reason the power is hit with a spike and ruins any of your hardware. So...it was easy to set up, and I know I'm fully protected. All that ease of mind and it was priced perfectly for my budget! I'm happy with the product and would recommend it to my friends who currently use no protection. Thanks Cyberpower!! I actually did not have an outage the other day, but my 2 year old unplugged the computer by hitting it with the stroller while I was working and it got me thinking. So, I now have the battery back up so in case the power does go out, I am protected and won't lose my work or yell so loud next time. I did some research and found that I needed this 1000VA size to protect my two computers, 2 monitors, printer, external HD and phone charger. The newer desktop has PFC so I had to get a UPS that supports it, and the cyberpower ones do! All in all it works great and gives me piece of mind. February 16, 2011

I have my 24" iMac, multifunction printer (in one of the surge protected outlets, 4 external HD's, speakers and modem/router all plugged into it. It offers true sinewave output, which I am happy about as much of the data for my business is on multiple hard drives that I do not want damaged. I use really large files for images for my design business and if they get corrupted due to power surges I am ruined. Again, this UPS makes me feel much better about leaving my computer running all the time and not worrying about a surge or the power going out for a few minutes while a file is writing to a HD. Rated 5 out of 5Â by SouthBayTech Great Value/Performance This UPS has worked great for me so far. I have a dual monitor setup and my Desktop has an energy star 5.0 power supply requiring a PFC UPS. The fact that it is a pure sinewave UPS for less than $500 is amazing. The unit has 10 outlets, half of them battery half surge protected so I have everything connected/protected. Phone, dual monitors, speakers, wireless headset, printer, scanner, NAS and USB Hub. I get more than 30 minutes of runtime, and the LCD panel on the front lets me know exactly how long I have until shutdown. January 27, 2011
