I purchased this battery and I have no complaints. It worked great on the APC.

I am satisfied with the product, however the packaging was suppose to contain information on returning the old battery. Not present. So now I have an old battery sitting on my floor.

The battery came very carefully packed, but it did not fit the Back-UPS XS1000 that I have. So I had to cut the two batteries apart and re-use the middle plate from my old batteries. I was really hoping that by buying from APC I would just remove the old, put the new one in and be done, but this was not the case. Total time was only 15 minutes, but still annoying to have to do it. This is why I only knocked off 1 star.
