Rated 2 out of 5Â by Shorttop Disapointing purchase Requires frequent cleaning of black ink cartridge. Has frequent paper jams. I am using top quality 20 lb paper. Is very slow compared to my wife's cheap HP printer. Using duplex printing requires more time than it saves in paper costs. I have not used the 11x17 yet, so I can't comment on that. It does have a good manual, which is helpful when a problem comes up, as I could not find a # to call to get help. February 21, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5Â by TomR Somewhat diapointed I don't think the color picture quality is as good as my HP8500 was.Also, in about 3 weeks of use I had problems with printing eg. missing lines printing part of line, etc. Computer store where I bought it said it was a problem with printheads.
