After many years of limping along with old HP LaserJet printers, we finally updated to this century ... the Xerox Phaser 4600 is just right for us. Multiple paper trays, plenty of features and options, and all at a reasonable price. Our users are pleased with the print quality and speed, especially when they need to output professional documents such as tax forms, payroll checks, etc.

This printer is easy to use and is okay for a small office. THe only comment i have is there are times when it will have a paperjam in the most difficult place to get to and needs a technician (the paper can rip and small parts lodged between sensors so the printer thinks it is ready to print then jams the next paper) to open it up and get the paper out.

we've just deployed 15 of these. They aren't bad. There's a lingering fuser issue they either thump a lot or over heat. I still give them 5 stars.
First page out is quick, no jams and one is already at 140% utilization. Functionality is good.
I think someone asked about beeping when low on paper, I'm not sure that's an option, but it can easily be setup to email if it's out of paper. That functionality should be part of the web interface. Just go to your browser and type in the machines IP address > general settings > alert notifications.
Supplies are painfully simple to change.
what else can you want? Reliability, quality and speed and it seems as quiet as the 3600's and it's pretty simple to use. That's why we got them.
