Fantastically mobile, works great with my MAC (had to download one additional update to get Cardiris working), and the searchable text function is a lifesaver (and papersaver). The only reason I would not recommend this to someone is if I were recommending the table top/non-portable version, my next purchase. April 20, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Chismosito Non-Techie Gives 5 Stars I travel a great deal and have a 6th grader that needs plenty of help with math. This scanner was a life saver. The unit is compact and simple to install. I can now show the work rather than try and walk my child through math homework over the phone with ease. I can't tell you how many hours in my life this has saved as well as dealing with time changes from Europe to the States. If I could give this unit more than 5 stars, I would. I have used for business as well. I am not even close to a techie and found this a breeze to operate without even looking at the directions. Simply download the software, plug in, slide in a document and the software walks you through everything from when to stop scanning to sending or saving options. Get it if you even think you need it.
