This monitor offers a DisplayPort connection ONLY--there is no VGA or DVI connection offered for this model. Your system's graphics must have a DisplayPort connection in order to use this monitor.
In addition to many current HP system models that offer a DisplayPort connection, this monitor is also compatible with current models of Apple's Mac mini systems which come with a miniDisplayPort connector. In order to connect to the Mac mini, you must purchase a DisplayPort to miniDisplayPort adapter, such as our product sku 12780041, a Tripp Lite Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort Adapter (M-F) for $10.95.
