A Ricoh support professional will assist with the repair of technical defects via telephone from the Customer Technical Support Center. If the Ricoh support professional determines that the repair exceeds local capabilities, a like replacement product will be shipped at no charge within 48 hours. The original unit must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided inside the replacement product carton.
