Rated 5 out of 5Â by chamby excellent printer I believe I wrote in before about this printer. This is a great printer. I have a more expensive color laser from another manufacturer and I have pretty well replaced it with the WP4020. This Epson machines gives a better print and is very fast for an inkjet printer. I find the ink costs lower and the cartridges don't cut off while they are half full like some of the other well known brands. At any rate, great printer. April 22, 2013

Today I changed wireless providers and needed to change the wifi settings on the printer. I called tech support and received EXCELLENT service. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service. March 22, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Fijilini Great print quality I have been researching/looking for a wireless color printer and decided on the Epson WP 4020. The wireless set-up was not as easy as other brands, but after calling Epson online tech support, I was directed to a video (http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supAdvice.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&noteoid=202085&type=highlights) which was a great help. Though the online support tech was very abrasive, but in the end, the results were satisfactory. After a few hours, the printer was up and running well; even the wireless connection was seamless. The only negative about this unit is its large size - very bulky/takes up a lot of space. On the other hand, great prints, cheap ink refills and the printer itself was only $99 + tax with free shipping more than made up for minor issues. So far so good..... March 12, 2013
