All orders for upgrades, add-ons (reorders)and Maintenance renewals require one of the following: Customer ID, Serial number or GFI order number.
PLEASE NOTE – Maintenance must be purchased with all new licenses.
A Maintenance Agreement is highly recommended for all GFI products. This includes free software version updates, as well as email and phone support during office hours.
