For Advance Exchange – Next Business Day: This coverage is available on Desktop Monitors, LCD and Plasma Monitors, Medical Monitors and Installation Projectors:
If You purchased this coverage as indicated on Your purchase receipt and/or Your Service Contract, after it is determined Your covered product is deemed defective by Us, You will be sent a replacement product of the same make and model, if available, or if unavailable with a product of like kind and similar features. The replacement product will be sent to You next business day. If You call in before 1:00pm Eastern Time, the product will be shipped out the same day. If You call in after 1:00 pm Eastern Time, the product will be shipped out the next business day. Shipping will only be available during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday and excluding holidays. You will be responsible for re-installing the replacement product.
You will be responsible for de-installing the defective product and shipping it to the designated service location. For LCD’s over 30” and Plasma Monitors We will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product to You and for the return shipping costs of the defective product to the designated location. For Desktop Monitors and Projectors, We will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product to You and You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the defective product to the designated location. You will use the replacement product box to ship the defective product back to the designated location.
