One switch was practically dead and the another had a noisy fan. We bought this switch and had it installed in place of the noisy one a couple days later. (Delivery was fast, even without having to pay extra.) It's whisper-quiet and works like it should. We're growing again and will soon buy an identical switch to meet our networking needs.
