Seagull Scientific offers this basic edition of BarTender Label Software for Windows. The basic edition is created for users who just need BarTender's essential label design and printing features. It includes all text, graphics and linear bar code support. It supports simple, numeric serialization and is useful for keyboard-supplied label data only. It does not offer integration, enterprise message handling or external data access of any kind. There is no password protection, VB Script customization, text filtering, job logging or 2D bar codes. There also isn't any advanced or custom serialization.
Licensing is based on the number of workstations running BarTender, regardless of whether or not they are on a common network. It supports an unlimited number of networked printers.
