Acer provides free telephone technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week (excluding some holidays) during the entire warranty period via an 800 number. Acer technical support staff undergoes continuing product training and are supported by senior service engineers.
This plan must be purchased and registered within 90 Days of product purchase.
