The AT-2451/AT-2701/AT-2745 family adapters will have Managed Boot Agent (Boot Rom) integrated onto the NIC. The MBA will support PXE, IPX, BootP, and RPL. With the MBA, an advanced feature was incorporated to change the default port on dual-port NICs, enabling the NIC to function with MBA and WOL from either port.
