The Dual FXO/DPT/TO access module provides for two individual interfaces between a Total Access 1500 Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) backplane and a 2-wire voice frequency (VF) transmission and signaling facility.

The features of the Total Access 1500 Dual FXO/DPT/ TO include the following:
Nominal 600 ohm or 900 ohm (+2.16 µF) 2-wire VF interface with DC isolation
Network Build Out Capacitance (NBOC) settings from 0 µF to 126 µF
Ring Ground Disable (RGD) when in Ground Start or TR08 Universal Voice Grade
Trunk Processing Busy/Idle selection
Provides loop reverse battery signaling for DID PBX extensions (DPT mode)
Transmit and Receive attenuation settings that are adjustable in 0.1 dB increments -
-TX = -7.0 dB to +9.0 dB
- RX = -9.0 dB to +0.0 dB
Supports the following protocols:
- TR08 Single Party (SP)/POTS (LS)
- TR08 Universal Voice Grade (UVG) (LS)/SPOTS (LS/GS)
Compliant with Voice Frequency characteristics and signaling of Telcordia TR-NWT-000057
Supports Calling Number Delivery and other common (CLASS™) service offerings according to TR TSY 000030 Section 3.3.1.1
Extended temperature range: -40°C to 65°C
UL 60950 compliant
