Rated 4 out of 5Â by Rosegrad Not Smooth Item Delivery right on schedule. However, APCC did not include used battery return instructions and pre-paid shipping label within the carton (as advertised). Consequently, had to contact APCC by phone to acquire return instructions and pre-paid label. APCC response was excellent, but it was an unnecessary hassle. April 4, 2009
