This service contract provides 1-Year of Instant Replacement Service for BSF300A.
With the Instant Replacement Service, Barracuda provides next day shipping of replacement hardware. If your Barracuda product fails, Barracuda will ship you a replacement unit within 24 hours so that you can get back up and running. You will be billed pending return of the failed unit but once the unit is received, you will be fully credited. This service is designed for corporate environments that cannot afford downtime.
Service begins on the date the Barracuda Networks product is delivered to you and expires exactly one year from the delivery date. You will have 60 days from the date of purchase of the Barracuda Networks product to decide if you wish to purchase the Instant Replacement Service. If you wish to purchase the Instant Replacement Service within the 60-day window, the Service will retroactively begin on the delivery date of the Barracuda Networks product and continue for the time period purchased. This plan is renewable upon expiration.
The Instant Replacement Service does not cover: external causes such as abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power; servicing not authorized by Barracuda Networks; usage that is not in accordance with product instructions; failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance; problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Barracuda Networks; products with missing or altered serial numbers; products for which Barracuda Networks has not received payment.

There are no returns allowed on Barracuda product without written prior approval by the Barracuda Account Rep or the Barracuda Tech Support Group. This includes DOA and Eval request. Eval’s, have a hard 30 day return window. For eval to be returned, RMA needs to be issued by day 20 of the Eval period to insure that PCC can return the unit in a timely manner. Those that fall outside of the 30 day window will not receive an RMA.
