This 4Gb Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter is a single channel (HBA) with an optical LC type connector. It offers automatic speed negotiation with existing 1Gb/s and 2Gb/s Fibre Channel SANs, as well as superior performance capable of sustaining up to 100,000 I/Os per second per channel. 4Gbps FC increases aggregate throughput rate to 1.6GBps in full-duplex mode.
The Qlogic SANsurfer FC HBA Manager enables centralized management and remote control of distributed HBAs. This host bus adapter offers higher performance at a lower price. It provides the flexibility and broad interoperability needed for complex highly scalable SANs.
