In addition to your Magicolor 7450's original warranty, this agreement warrants your printer against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two yeards. This extended warranty plan begins at the end of the printer's existing warranty. You must register the extended warranty product within 10 days of purchase of the extended warranty.
Konica will either repair or replace covered items that are proven to be defective in materials and/or workmanship, onsite at your facility. Parts and labor are included. Service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, excluding national holidays. Service performed outside of the standard coverage period at the request of the customer shall be subject to current charges for labor and travel.
Your proximity to the nearest service facility will determine your service response time. Customers located within 0-100 miles of the nearest service facility will receive a next business day response time. Customers located between 101-200 miles of the nearest service facility will receive a second business day response time. For customers located between 201-300 miles of the nearest service facility, a response time will be determined at the time of the service call request.
