The Xerox DocuMate 632 color duplex departmental flatbed scanner uses a 100-page capacity ADF to scan documents at 40 ppm and 80 ipm through hi-speed USB 2.0. The pre-set One Touch feature can be configured to scan to 99 destinations eliminating multiples steps to scan-to-email, to-print or searchable PDF. The software bundle includes ScanSoft PaperPort, OmniPage, and Kofax VRS Pro.

The use of departmental scanners for regulatory compliance is sharply on the rise from Sarbanes-Oxley to the Patriot Act to SEC 17(a). The DocuMate 632 easily converts scanned documents into text-searchable PDF files at the press of a single button.

Xerox DocuMate 632 VRS Pro includes Kofax VRS Professional software. This departmental duplex document scanner offers 600 x 1200 dpi optical resolution, 48-bit color (internal), Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface, 100 page (16# paper) Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) and 99 One Touch destinations.
