This 4-Year ThinkPlus onsite repair plan offers 9x5xNext Business Day service. With this service plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at the customer's location for equipment repair within the next business day after remote problem determination is completed. Service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Parts and labor are included.
Hardware problem determination is performed to the component level. For components made by other manufacturers, the customer must provide the replacement part and this service plan will provide the labor to replace it. If a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer is available, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.
The service period begins with the product warranty, and includes the original limited product warranty period. This service must be purchased with the product or at any time during the original product warranty period - the service cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. This plan must be activated after purchase in order to use the service.
