Rated 1 out of 5Â by VCSPhoto Misleading Information Information given in in writeup was misleading "...a simple way to install Serial ATA hard drives using an available IDE port - a cost-effective solution for using newer SATA drives on a legacy computer." In my legacy Mac, This one did absolutely nothing. I had to reorder a different model that worked in reverse to make it work. Only found it out after calling StarTech, (the manufacturer.) The write ups for both models say the same thing. The reverse one works perfectly and I would recommend it highly. June 26, 2010
