Konica Minolta Extended Warranty extends a standard warranty for hardware support. It provides On site Service and Next Business Day Response. Extended Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
During the extended warranty period, Konica Minolta' Service provider will either repair or replace products that prove to be defective.
Extended Warranty Service must be purchased during the original manufacturer limited product warranty period.
Service will be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm) at your convenience.
