If you have a problem Lenovo will be there 365 days a year. If Lenovo cannot fix your problem over the phone, they will ship your system to their centralized repair facility where a certified technician will repair your machine.
Accidental Damage Protection with your extended warranty service helps protect your PC in case of unplanned expenses due to an accident under normal operating conditions with your notebook – such as a drop, electrical surge or spill and LCD damage. Gain peace of mind by proactively avoiding potential costly repairs down the road. A typical repair for a dropped notebook can cost you over $450. Repairs under accidental damage protection will require that your machine be shipped to our centralized repair center. Next business day service is not available in all areas and other conditions apply.
