Schedule site survey within 3-5 business days of receipt of order. Expectation is 1hr or less site visit.
Includes:
1. Determine and inspect the optimum mounting location for up to 3 monitors & servers
2. Examine the cable path and length to determine feasibility of the distance & path
3. Verify and validate network/internet connectivity including available port for system to connect
4. Confirm available/convenient power source (i.e. enough outlets? sufficient access?)
5. Take minimum 2 pictures of installation site and diagram the layout of the system to be installed the site.
6. Provide the customer with a written summary of findings within 2 business days of having completed the site survey
