I followed the instructions to the letter and several times completed all of the trouble shooting procedures. My ipad never see's the printer and I can not connect it. If anyone has an answer please respond. Thank you February 24, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5Â by BlueAlert Star Printer The purchase was to have the ability to print a receipt from sales using "Square" with an IPAD. The printer works great. Receipts are very clear and easy to read. The printers also comes with a decent online utility to help set up. My complaint if one would be on the instructions and the intuitiveness of the software to beable to set it up without some anxiety. The instructions is obviously a translation, but it would have been easier to just list the steps from start to completion. Their attempt at that was poor. I am also able to load custom receipts in, but they do not print on the receipt - just on the test. It does do the job. May 11, 2012
