International Orders
We welcome international sales. If you are shipping to an address outside the U.S. please call 1-603-355-6005 and we will take your order over the phone. You may also fax your order to 1-603-683-0515.
You may pay for your order with a credit card, money order or check drawn on a U.S. bank. We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover Card/NOVUS. At this time, we cannot accept purchase orders from our international customers.
International orders will be shipped on an international air freight carrier and are subject to the carrier's shipping fees. International air carriers provide door-to-door delivery of packages weighing up to 150 pounds, usually within 24 to 96 hours. Packages exceeding this limit will be shipped by an alternate carrier. Tax or duty charges must be paid by the purchaser upon receipt. If you are concerned about delivery of your package or would like a shipping charge estimate, ask your sales representative when you place your order.

Unless otherwise indicated, products are available in U.S. versions only. External hardware operates on 120 V alternating current (60 cycles). Software and documentation are in English Certain products may not be available for export, while other products may not be eligible for upgrade or warranty. Please ask for details when you place your order. We will replace defective software immediately and will repair or replace defective hardware at our discretion. |
