This McAfee PrimeSupport Priority Plus product serves as a renewal subscription under the McAfee Security Perpetual Plus program (Levels A-J), or as a second-year or renewal subscription under the McAfee Security Subscription Plus program (Levels H-J only).
McAfee PrimeSupport Priority Plus provides one year of 24x7 unlimited technical support and software maintenance. Customers receive priority telephone access to Network Associates' experienced technical support team. After business hours, English-language telephone access is available for emergency product assistance when critical operations are affected. Included Maintenance entitles customers to version upgrades, product updates, and DAT files. PrimeSupport should be renewed every year in order to keep McAfee Security software up-to-date and to have continued access to world-class technical support.
