This product has been very helpful for me
Easy to install, easy to move, easy to change
the position, and if you are using a
big monitor this product will save you so much space on your desk.
Enjoy it as much as I do.

I really like the product but the instructions have a lot to be desired. Assembly is very straight forward but there were absolutely no instructions as to how to adjust height which ultimately I found by trying various screws. One screw at the end of the arm inside the top portion can be turned with the larger tool provided to adjust height. Also the other adjustments just required a strong tug but also were not outlined as whether or not a tool was required to move but figured everything out through trial and error.

very sturdy, holds my 24" Samsung monitor well. I even have the extension on it ( 3 arms).
