This product has been very helpful to me. I love the comfort and the sound is great. I don't often find that anyone has trouble hearing me. The cord is a little combersome, however, the application I use it for make that a minor issue. Beware that this item will not work without the purchase of a connector cord which is seperate. Also, the way you answer the phone is a little inconvenient if you don't purchase yet another seperate item. Without it your handset on the phone is inoperative and the headset is the only way to answer the phone. You do have to pick up the handset to "take the phone of the hook" or answer and then you speak through the headset.
