With the Adobe CLP Upgrade Plan (formerly called Maintenance), you are assured of access to all Adobe upgrades for your covered products during the life of your Upgrade Plan, all at a single cost per licensed product. And during the first six months of your CLP agreement, you may also order Upgrade Plan for previously acquired, current-version Adobe software licenses (as long as Adobe has not announced a new version), bringing all your installations into a unified technology management program. Plus, Upgrade Plan orders accumulate points under the CLP program, potentially increasing youir discount. Adobe automatically sends notification of upgrades to Upgrade Plan customers. Upgrade plans can be managed through the Web-based licensing management system that's provided to all Adobe licensing customers. The CLP Upgrade Plan starts on the first day of the following month after it is ordered, and coverage coincides and expires with the CLP agreement.
