The HP Color LaserJet CM6040f is a multifunction printer that delivers the power and functionality small workteams need without straining your budget. With printing speeds of up to 40 ppm for both color and black-and-white, plus integrated copying, scanning and faxing via its included HP LaserJet MFP Analog Fax Accessory 300, this compact, elegant device transforms your desk into a small office. The CM6040f features an HP Easy Select Control Panel, providing effortless interaction with the MFP.
The integrated copier function delivers up to 999 copies at a time and reduces or enlarges from 25 to 200%. The CM6040f's built-in scanner provides rich color and comes with a variety of input modes including copy, e-mail, fax (optional) and front panel scan.
Its embedded fax machine provides 33.6 kbps speeds along with fax forwarding, fax polling (receive only), broadcasting (up to 100 locations), speed dial (up to 100 lists), junk barrier, auto redialing, auto fax reduction, Windows faxing supported and fax memory.
The CM6040f is also a digital sender. You can scan to folder (includes shared address book for fax), scan direct to e-mail server and send to e-mail. Plus, it comes with analog fax and LDAP e-mail addressing.
This unit has a maximum montly duty cycle of 200,000 pages and can hold up to five media trays, making it ideal for a high-volume business environment.
