The cap/stylus relies upon a soft o-ring to stay in place. Both o-rings broke after less than a week of use. The cap/stylus will no longer stay in place on either end of the pen.

I bought this pen which was great at the beginning, but after a month or so the rubber is torn.
I really liked the pen and 2 in 1 concept is excellent but after a while it will become useless.
If they can provide a replacement head (the rubber part), it will be a little helpful.

Wanted something cool and useful for a trade show. Loved the concept of this 2 in 1 product.
Used it for about an hour and lost the O ring on the end. Spent the next 3 days worrying about losing the cap.
Lost my receipt and can't return it... don't really want to... if Targus can help.

Stylus and ink pen work fine, but design is dependent on 2 small o-rings to keep lid on tight. They last a couple weeks, then snap off with routing usage. You are left with a pen cap that will not seat securely.
