The SmartPro 1050 from Tripp Lite is a UPS with 1050VA (705W) of battery backup power that allows you to work through short blackouts or safely shut down during longer ones. The SmartPro can power your server and equipment for up to 8 minutes on full load (1050VA) and up to 23 on half (525VA). The unit has (6) NEMA 5-15 outlets, diagnostic LEDs, and a built-in serial port that work with PowerAlert Software to provide automatic unattended shutdown of your connected server. The UPS is also SNMP compatible.
The SmartPro has a line-interactive topology with 4 levels of automatic voltage regulation (AVR) and has complete surge protection and EMI/RFI noise filtering. It also has hot-swappable, user-replacable batteries, comes with a 2-year warranty, and $250,000 Ultimate Lifetime Insurance on all connected equipment.
