Exchange Server 2007 management tools can also be installed on a 32-bit computer running Windows Server 2003 SP1 (Standard or Enterprise Editions), Windows Server 2003 R2 (Standard or Enterprise Editions), or Windows XP SP2
Minimum 2GB of RAM per server
Minimum of 1.2GB on the hard disk where you install Exchange Server 2007
(Note: Additional 500 MB of available hard disk space per language if installing language packs for Unified Messaging beyond those included in the default installation)
