The Minicom Cat 5(UTP) VGA Video Splitter enables you to simultaneously broadcast your VGA screen to up to two additional remote monitors. Using CAT5 twisted cables as used in networking, the UTP VGA Video Splitter interfaces between the PC and the additional monitors. Monitors may be located at various locations within your facility at distances of up to 360 feet or 820 feet from the CPU.
This splitter is intended for use with mixed environment AT, PS/2, SUN and Mac (with external adapter) platforms. Cabling should be UTP or STP and is best with FTP. It supports Windows 9x, NT, 2000, SGI02, SGI Octan, Novell, DOS and Linux. You must have a Minicom Remote Unit to use this splitter.
