This service agreement provides a 3-year onsite upgrade of the standard Exchange or Depot warranty to Next Dat Onsite Service for your covered Plain Paper Facsimile Machine (IntelliFAX-5750e) or Mono Laser Printer (HL2460, HL2460N, HL7050, HL7050N). Coverage starts from the date of purchase of this Priority Service Pack (PSP). Proper registration (mail, fax or online) of PSP required for activation.
A Brother authorized service representative will arrive at your site to begin hardware maintenance between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding Brother holidays. Calls received by 3:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be provided service by the next working day. This applies to sites within 50 miles of the Brother authorized service representative.
