This product extends your Express Exchange warranty. Brother’s Express Exchange Service will send to you a replacement machine shipped for receipt within two business days, with the understanding that you will, after receipt of the replacement Machine, supply the required proof of purchase information, together with the Machine that Brother agreed to replace.
