During the warranty period you will have 24x7 access to Lenovo's technical support team. And if you have a problem, Lenovo will be there 365 days a year to help you. If they can't fix your problem over the phone, Lenovo will cover the cost to ship the product to their repair facility where Lenovo certified technicians will resolve your problem. Most systems are repaired within 2 business days. The entire process including shipping will require a 5 to 7 day turnaround time.
