Autodesk Basic Support is included with Autodesk Subscription. Designed for customers who need a minimal level of product support, Basic Support enables authorized employees to request assistance with issues that are urgent or require privacy. It also enables all employees to post questions to online forums moderated by Autodesk product support specialists. Autodesk sends responses to questions posted on forums within a stated time period, and provides the option to comminicate one-to-one with the Autodesk specialist. Basic Support also provides employees with unlimited access to a comprehensive online knowledge base and moderated community support forums.
