This includes DOA and Eval request. Eval’s, have a hard 30 day return window. For eval to be returned, RMA needs to be issued by day 20 of the Eval period to insure that PCC can return the unit in a timely manner. Those that fall outside of the 30 day window will not receive an RMA.
