The LTC 8561 series on-site receiver / drivers are control data decoder units and motor drivers for pan / tilt units and zoom lenses. These units are 50/60 Hz line frequency compatible. They have low voltage DC lens drivers for focus, zoom, and iris with adjustable speed. There are also four auxiliary outputs. One is a solid state relay with zero crossing switching fixed to the same voltage as the pan / tilt output. The others are relays which can supply voltage through contacts (normally open or normally closed) to control lights or other devices at the remote site. Auxiliary supply terminals provide power which is fuse-protected at the voltage of the pan / tilt output. Advanced features include 99 pre-positions when using conventional 355-degree pan / tilt drivers, 82 prepositions when using 360-degree continuous pan / tilt drivers, installer friendly connectors, lockable enclosure latches, optimal resolution for improved pan / tilt preposition accuracy, and automatic pre-position tour capability. Additional features include a full operating temperature range, an integral local test function, an unrestricted auto-pan feature, random pan, a unique dither feature, polarity reversible lens drive, and more.
