Key this order as an SO
The following information must be entered into the Additional Order Information Screen (F6 screen) of each Manufacturers Service Plan order:
- Customer Contact Name
- Customer Contact Phone Number
- Customer Contact Email address
The following information must be entered into the 14 notes of each Manufacturers Service Plan order:
- Manufacturers part number of product being covered
- Serial number of product being covered
- Date the equipment was purchased

eCarePAK plans are optional direct-from-Canon plans that extend service beyond the initial warranty period and replace the CarePAK card.
eCarePAK plans take one of two forms depending on the imageFORMULA scanner model purchased, Advanced Exchange or On-Site, and they are available for variable durations. eCarePAK plans are "virtual", and do not require a hardcopy card as the CarePAK plans did.
